We have found the prettiest place to do your morning workout

We roll our eyes at our co-workers who come in all bright-eyed and happy rambling on about how they “woke up at 4am to do a workout.” First of all, how do people have the motivation to get up that early and use so much energy? And secondly, no one needs to know about how delicious your protein shake is.

But in saying that, there is a 99.9 per cent chance you might be transformed into one of them (well, not the 4am species because they’re just insane).

How? You can now start your days off this Autumn with a workout sesh on the steps of the iconic Sydney Opera House.

Yes, after a hit sell-out in 2016, the Sydney Opera House’s 10-week program, Sunrise on the Steps, is back this year, thanks to the support of Samsung.

You can pick and choose from 7am Circuit Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays.

All classes will be led by a team of local professional trainers including Crawf Weir, Adam Trama, and Janis Blums (FYI you might want to check his Insta out if you need some motivation to get you to the end of the day, just saying).

And to get you even more pumped up about sweating it out in a one-hour class while overlooking the Sydney Harbour, the exercise program is fusing fitness with technology and offering participants the chance to win a stylish, waterproof and Android/IOS compatible Samsung Gear Sport.

But now to the most important part – while you’ll also get a killer workout for only $25 a session, just think of the grams you’ll be able to get out of it. #stunning #goals #imaginethelikes #moneycantbuygoodgrams

Kicking your New Year’s health goals, a mighty workout sesh led by good-looking trainers, the chance to win a sports watch, no sweaty gym equipment, a beyond amazing view, the chance to get stunning grams….it’s really just a win-win situation all-round.

Looking for some extra motivation? Here are five reasons why you should workout first thing in the morning. And if you’re not a morning person, here’s how you can become one.
