Yes, after a hit sell-out in 2016, the Sydney Opera House’s 10-week program, Sunrise on the Steps, is back this year, thanks to the support of Samsung.
You can pick and choose from 7am Circuit Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays.
All classes will be led by a team of local professional trainers including Crawf Weir, Adam Trama, and Janis Blums (FYI you might want to check his Insta out if you need some motivation to get you to the end of the day, just saying).
