Melania Trump, 47, wore a sports-themed bombed jacket in the colours of the American flag.
The blue jacket had white poppers and red and white stripes on the neck, shoulders, wrists and waist.
The former-model, originally from Slovenia, added white jeans to the look and blue sky-high Louboutins.
Donald Trump, 71, on the other hand, wore a black suit with a white shirt and red tie.
The couple held their own Super Bowl party at the Trump International Golf Club near West Palm Beach, Florida, last night.
Donald enlisted the Florida Atlantic cheerleaders to perform at the event, who Donald Trump met with an enthusiastic handshake.
Prior to the game, the President released an official Super Bowl statement to the press.
The Republican said: “As many Americans come together to watch the Super Bowl, Melania and I extend our greetings and appreciation for those who make occasion like this possible, particularly the brave men and women of our Armed Forces.
He added: “We hold them in our hearts and thanks them for our freedom and we proudly stand for the National Anthem.”
This statement was thought to be a nod to the protest during which certain NFL players kneeled during the national anthem to protest the police killing of African Americans.
Melania Trump and Donald were recently reunited at the State of the Union address.
All eyes were on the First Lady and President as there have been reports that Melania is “furious” with her husband over an alleged affair with Stormy Daniels – allegations he strongly denies, and Melania has slammed as “false”.
Melania Trump issued a statement via her Director of Communications Stephanie Grisham on Twitter.
The tweet stated: “BREAKING: The laundry list of salacious & flat-out false reporting about Mrs. Trump by tabloid publications & TV shows has seeped into ‘main stream media’ reporting.
“She is focused on her family & role as FLOTUS – not the unrealistic scenarios being peddled daily by the fake news.”
On Thursday Melania Trump attended the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC.
