This recipe by Jamie Oliver can be made by pancake veterans and amateurs alike.
Three large free-range eggs
125 g plain flour
250 ml milk
1. Crack the eggs into a blender, add the flour, milk and a pinch of sea salt, and whizz till smooth
2. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
3. Melt butter into a frying pan before pouring in the butter.
4. Flip the pancake then it stars to come away from the pan on both sides.
Then your pancake is ready, and you can top the treat with fruit, sugar, lemon, a chocolate spread, or anything else that takes your fancy.
