A mother-of-two has flaunted her flat abs just ten days after giving birth to her second child.
Fitness fanatic Kristy Ardo, 25, showed off her toned post-baby body with a before and after photo, less than two weeks after the birth of her son Tate.
Kirsty from, Phoenix, Arizona, quickly lost the 30lbs (two stone) she had gained during her second pregnancy – claiming her only cravings were fresh veggies.

Now six week postpartum the mother-of-two is hoping to shift her final 6lbs to reach her previous weight of 125lbs (9st).
Kristy, who runs an online fitness blog BabyFitGym, said that sticking to her healthy lifestyle during her pregnancy helped her through her pregnancy and birth.
She said: ‘I had a wonderful labour and delivery. Because I worked out I had my strength for the delivery and I also recovered very fast.

‘I believe staying active and eating a clean diet played a role.’
Kristy went on to say that she had lost the majority of her weight before she even returned home with baby Tate.
She added: ‘I gained 30lbs with my pregnancy and lost 20 of it by the time I left the hospital.

‘I also think breastfeeding has helped a lot as well. I craved vegetables during my pregnancy so it was easier for me to eat healthy.’
Throughout her pregnancy Kristy continued to perform regular workouts while acting as a full-time mother to her first son, Tucker, now aged two.
She added: ‘I made small goals that I knew I could accomplish. My goal was 15 minutes of exercise three to four times a week.’

Kristy admits that having a second child has tested her usual fitness routine and she is now practicing a new approach.
She added: ‘It’s definitely been a huge transition having two kids.
‘Taking care of a newborn and a two year old is a lot to juggle. I am taking one day at a time and slowly finding a new routine.
‘Tucker was almost two when I was pregnant so I also had to be active to keep up with him.’

Despite what seems like a smooth pregnancy Kristy admits that she did experience some difficulties.
She adds: ‘I had to deal with major fatigue while pregnant but working out helped keep my energy up and gave me mental clarity.
‘It’s not selfish to find time for you when you have kids. It’s hard work but it’s an important part of looking after yourself and your body.’
