Meghan Markle, 36, will marry Prince Harry, 33, in a ceremony at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle on 19 May – just over 100 days away.
But what is the secret behind Meghan’s wedding day prep? Her facialist, Nichola Joss, has revealed one of the Suits actress’ main beauty tricks.
As taught by Nichola, Meghan is a fan of facial massage to help to keep her chin and jawline sculpted.
Nichola said Meghan “has spoken in the past about how much she loves the fact that it’s about facial massage and encouraging exercising the face as well.
“It allows the muscle to be healthier and more youthful,” Nichola told People magazine.
She explained a little more how the unusual facial sculpting technique works – including massage from the inside of the mouth, as Nichola showcases on her Instagram.
“It adds vitality to the muscle. It makes it softer but stronger, and obviously working from the inside of the mouth really addresses the core element of the muscle.”
Nichola charges £250 for her Bespoke Sculpting Inner Facial treatment, and her celebrity clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson and Gisele Bundchen.
However, asked if she was responsible for Meghan’s gorgeous look, Nichola modestly refused to take credit.
“I don’t know about that, because she has a fantastic face shape and she obviously looks after herself very well.
“Clearly, she eats well, she does exercise, meditation and yoga and all those factors help.”
Meghan previously praised Nichola in a blog she wrote for Birchbox.
“I do facial exercises taught to me by one of my favorite aestheticians, Nicola Joss, who basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out.
“I swear it works, as silly as you may feel.
“On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are waaaay more sculpted.”
Meghan’s makeup artist revealed the secret behind her cosmetics look earlier this week.
