Thanks to her panache for cropped tops and low-slung jeans, Gig Hadid’s abs have become just as infamous as her baby face, bombshell locks and boy-band boyfriends. And while it may be in part to good genes, Hadid isn’t one to shy away from hard work. So when her trainer, Rob Piela, owner of Gotham Gym and Gotham G-Box in New York, spilled her core workout to US Vogue, we took note.
According to Piela, Hadid hits the gym four times a week, mixing her time between cardio in the form of boxing and floor work that engages the core.

The best bit? The super-approved workout is actually achievable. No trips to New York or event the gym, all you need is access to boxing gloves.
The moves from Hadid’s core workout to add to your own routine:
#1 Warm up with 10 minutes of boxing.
#2 Crunches – three sets of 40.
#3 Another 10 minutes of high-intensity boxing.
#4 Bicycle crunches – three sets of 40.
#5 Box for another 10 minutes.
#6 Plank for 60 seconds.
#7 Leg raises – four sets of 25.
